DHASSLN Engineering & Consulting Services Private Limited is founded by Mr.M.Sivaprakasam in 2023 who is having rich experience in Infrastructure projects like Roads, Tunnels/Caverns, Bridges, Buildings, Ground Stabilization works, Barrage/Dam works & Deep excavations and Planning & Control, Contracts Management, Cost Control, Value Engineering, Environment Health & Safety Management

- Possess 36+ years of vast experience in handling projects of international standards in Europe, Middle East, Far East & SAARC countries with FIDIC based contracts with decent exposure to Construction Contracts law.
- Deft in resolving disputes such as DAB, Arbitration under UNCITRAL and ICC rules.
- Possess 15+ years of experience in Planning, Costing, Technical Review, Contracts administration, Risk Management, Working capital management, Techno-Commercial assessment of all types of projects.
- Kannan Pasupathiraj is an Environmental Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in project planning, coordination, management, and execution. He has worked in more than 30 countries and have been in different capacities in handling water, sanitation, and construction projects. Presently he is the managing director of EcoTec, a company that is market leader in SBR based sewage treatment systems in India.
- He is also involved in improving technical capacities of SBR based treatments to global standards in design with understanding of harsh operational conditions. His broad experience is benefiting many start-ups through his advisory support.

DHASSLN primarily focuses on new entrant contractors to the EPC mode of project execution.
